1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using CareAria, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Not medical advice
CareAria helps you organize medications, appointments, visit notes, and family coordination. Content in the app — including AI-generated visit summaries — is for personal reference only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always verify information with a qualified healthcare professional before making health decisions.
3. AI features
Some features use artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to transcribe audio and structure visit notes. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it or sharing it with others.
4. Your account and data
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for keeping your login credentials secure. If you invite caregivers, you control their access level and are responsible for who can view or edit a patient profile.
5. Subscriptions and billing
New accounts may include a free trial period. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription processed through Stripe. Pricing shown at checkout applies to your subscription. You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically delete your data.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse CareAria, attempt unauthorized access to other users' data, upload malicious content, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
7. Termination
You may stop using CareAria at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the service or other users.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
CareAria is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CareAria and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on AI-generated content or health information stored in the app.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
